1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our website.
• Payments are securely processed via PayFast. We do not store or process payment details.

2. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We strive to keep all products in stock, but availability may vary.

3. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of pet products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
