delivery POLICY 
how you get your orders

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

1. Delivery Area

We currently only deliver within the Bedfordview area. Orders placed outside Bedfordview cannot be fulfilled.

2. Delivery Charges

• A flat delivery fee of R30 applies to all orders under R500 within the Bedfordview area.
• Free delivery is available for orders over R500 within the Bedfordview area.

3. Delivery Times

Orders are processed during business hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08h00 – 18h00
• Saturday: 09h00 – 13h00
• Sunday & Public Holidays: CLOSED

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed via PayFast, we will process it for delivery.
• Deliveries will be completed within 1-2 business days, depending on stock availability.
